Crank Op eZIP’s are changing gearboxes!

1st June 2022

 eZIP Track Blind® Crank Op

Previously crank operated eZIPs have used a 3:1 gearbox.

From August 1st, 2022 all crank operated eZIPS will use a 7:1 gearbox. Both are super strong European gearboxes. The advantage of this change is pre drilled end caps to suit the 135mm Enclosed Pelmet in both Colorbond and Aluminium.

Please Note: The 3:1 gearbox is still available to match existing awnings.

Home Automation

For those who want the luxury of home automation, control your blinds from your phone app with the Wifi Hub.

Super easy to install and set up, with optional timer to lift and bring down your blinds for total convenience and peace of mind.

PVC Awning Fabrics

Solid PVC comes in a range of modern colours and waterproof for canopy awnings, although not as common, is an alternative to canvas or acrylic fabrics.

Clear PVC is popular on outdoor blinds such as the eZip Track Blind®, straight drop or café blinds.

Clear PVC will only provide wind or rain protection. For sun protection, Mesh, Acrylic or Canvas is best.
